On the 12th of June there was a field trip
to the University in Białystok, Poland.
Some of our students with Mrs.Ewa Sadowska and Mrs.Anna Jakucewicz participated
in classes. During some of the classes we observed many interesting biological
experiments like the isolation of DNA from the tomato sample. We saw a presentation about breeding
plants by in vitro. At the end of the class, we saw one of the best
experiments. It was about the behavior of plants or other biological
material with liquid nitrogen. We loved all the experiments, but this one was
the best. It was very interesting to watch the crushing of the plants with
liquid nitrogen at the temperature of -200oC.
