Italian comment on the German meeting

We wanted to thank Volkhard and its school for their hospitality: staying in the Internat was pleasant and really interesting for us teachers and for our pupils, who managed to practice “international understanding” after their initial shyness... We really enjoyed our tour of Angermunde and the visit to the Town Hall. Many thanks to the kind Deputy Mayor who introduced us to what it is like living in a small town in Germany, with all its problems and projects. It was nice to meet so many foreign colleagues and seeing that teachers have the same problems all over Europe. And finally we also enjoyed the “mythical” schoolbus with its crazy driver, speeding around at 25 km ph at six o’clock in the morning! Thank you very much! We all look forward to welcoming you to Italy and (for some of us) meeting you in Poland.
Best wishes from Anna, Luciano, Michele and our principal Ms Alessandra Bongianino.
